We will collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data: information that is required to complete a visa application such as your full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, expiry date and date of arrival in Vietnam.
2. Using your personal data
Personal data submitted on this website will be used for processing the visa approval letter by Connection Solutions Company. And your information will be stored at the Vietnamese Immigration System until you exit Vietnam after arriving.
Once the service is completed, the approval letter is sent to the applicant, and applicant arrives Vietnam safe and sound, all the private information and record of the applicant will be automatically deleted. www.evisavn.org is not held accountability and responsibility for the problems and claims associated with personal data and privacy issues.
If you submit information for Vietnam visa without any payments, it means that you canceled the request, and all information will be automatically deleted within 72 hours.
Special note: Vietnam visa approval letter is usually issued ingroup, therefore, you may find your name, passport number and date of birth in the same letter as other people. Only under special circumstances, request for an separate approval letter should be sent to our email address:
