4. How to book
Step 1: Choosing Airport Fast Track Service while applying Vietnam VOA or you can fill the form required on the right side with the correct personal information such as your full name, passport number, Date of Birth, nationality, flight number, departure and arrival time (GMT+7), or sending your request via email
visa@evisavn.org with the mentioned information. If you have any changes, please announce us 48h before your departure via our 24/7 hotline.
Step 2: Our staff is waiting for you at the aircraft gate to pick you up with your name on welcome board. If you don’t see our staff, please call us immediately in the hotline +84 902 95 85 53 for any helps.
Step 3: Giving our Representative your required document including visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee in cash in order to help you complete entry procedure.
Step 4: Our staff will escort you to baggage lounge as porter if you require. Or passing the custom check in and up outside car parking if you have car pick up.
Refund policy is within 48 working hours: Please notify us your flight details 48 working hours in advance your departure time in order to serve you better. The refund will not be done if we don’t receive your confirmation.
